I've said it once, and I'm going to say it again; The Hobbit will win an Oscer posthumously sooner or later. 
I foresee they'll create a brand new version of the Oscers, where the Hobbit will sweep the floor, finally giving Pete Jackson the Oscer gold he deserves (if you don't get this reference, go watch "On Cinema At The Cinema")
