Terms of service

At Popcultgang, used items are sold. It is normal that traces of use may appear. As a rule, all goods will be without errors/holes/missings. Should there be an item with a fault, this will always be mentioned in the product description and won’t be valid as a reason for complaint. If you are in doubt about the condition of the product or if a description is missing from the product, you can you ask us for more details.

A 2-year warranty is granted in accordance with the Danish Sales of Goods Act. The warranty applies to defects in software, material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money refunded or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error.

For returns, complaints and use of the right of withdrawal, the item must be sent to:

Shipments are not accepted per cash on delivery and to be safe they must be sent with insurance. Packages sent without insurance are at your own risk.
