Refund policy

As a private customer of PopCultGang ApS, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Danish Sales of Goods Act. This allows you to cancel your purchase and return the product within 14 days of reception.

How to use the right of withdrawal:

1. Within 14 days of receiving the product, you must inform us in writing that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by mail at hello@popcultgang.dk. In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

2. The product must be returned no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to cancel the purchase.

3. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and any tags or marks intact.

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without giving a clear notice of this at the same time.

As a general rule in our physical store, any purchase of used items cannot be withdrawn, unless otherwise agreed.

Return
You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have used your right of withdrawal. You must pay the direct costs in connection with the return. When returning an item, you are responsible for it being properly wrapped. You are responsible for the item from the time of delivery, until we have received it back. You are liable for any damage that might occur during transport.

In the event that the parcel is returned because it has not been picked up in a parcel shop, we reserve the right to deduct the freight in the refund.

Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of our reception of the returned item. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must test the product without actually using it and without breaking the product's sealing/foil. It is up to PopCultGang to evaluate the condition of the item.
