Teenage Mutant Ninja Hero Turtles: Abbey-Better Than A Shell (80s)

We're not entirely sure what this badge is about. It makes no sense. The person we bought it from, told it was something with a train-line that did a collaboration with Mirage, but we're not entirely sure that's true, as this thing looks cursed as hell. 

Approximately 5cm wide. 

Condition: Good/great. Backside might have some slight rust (but that just adds to the vintage-ness of it all!)
