Cool little transparent pouch, with the iconic mushroom from the series. 

This product was apparently an exclusive prize, from a brand known as "Ichiban Kuji" - a Japan-only lottery, with exclusive prizes from various manafacturers. In other words, this a thing, you could only get if you won said lottery!
It was never available at retail.
