Very weird fishing game, that comes on something that looks like a Gameboy Player - but that's not what it is! It's actually a port for the Satellaview, a network device that allowed you download games and DLC onto your Super Famicom (in the 90s, mind you!), meaning the game at times supported real-time, online fishing tournaments. Japan, man, you really were living the future back then!
