Sugar Planet: Ariana & Her Pet Skye Doll Set (MGA, 2002)

Weird, but cute, little collectible figure that kind of looks like a Bratz doll, but apparently it's not. 
It was made by the same people, around the same time, though, so maybe's there a few borrowed ideas...
