Star Wars: Episode 1 - Ody Mandrell Podracer Figure (1998)

Remember this guy? Because I sure don't. He was a podracer, I think, but there was like 30+ of those guys. 
Anyways, like any background character in a Star Wars movie, an action figure was warranted, of course.
