South Park: Talking Kyle Display Figure (Comedy Central, 1999)

Very rare figure, that's quite hard to find... well, anywhere. 
At one point in time, it could seemingly talk, but unfortunately that doesn't work anymore. 
Officially licensed merch! 

Condition: Good, but the talking function seemingly doesn't work anymore.
Still looks great for display.
