Very rare "Cloud Dancer" figure from the Sky Dancer toyline, which was a spin-off meant to replace the original flying doll as it had to be recalled for safety reasons. This toy is basically a balancing figure, that you can balance on your finger.
Condition: Great, but only figure. The "moon" accesory is missing.
