Remember this guy? I sure do, but not from Silent Hill 3, but rather that one scene in SH4, where you look into a neighbouring apartment, spotting Robbie, and after doing it a million times he suddenly looks at you... Didn't sleep for a week. 

Released as capsule toys in vending machines, exclusively in Japan.
