Shōjo Comic: Kazuko Fujita - Girl With Hat Pinback Badges (Japan, 80s)

We're not quite sure where this cute badge is from, but it sure does look like the drawing style of Kazuko Fujita, or maybe something from a Shōjo Comic. So that's a guess. 
Either way, it's heckin' cool. 

Approximately 5 cm tall. 

Condition: Good - a bit of rust on the back.
