Super cute plush from when Rugrats was all the rage! This one supposedly walks, but since it's new in box, we can't test it.
Condition: Good. Plush is untested (obviously), and unfortunately also a bit dirty. It's very hard to get it looking more clean, without potentially ruining the box with liquids.
