Reboot: Hexadecimal Collectible Figure (MOC, Irwin Toys, 1995)

Classic action figure, from one of the very first animated series about people living inside a computer. 
Here we have the evil Hexadecimal, who I (Mathias) used to have a massive crush on, alongside that robot when you exit Star Tours in Disney Land Paris. I was/am a weird kid.
