Before Ubisoft went all "evil corporate overlord that kills any new ideas", they actually made some pretty solid titles, this being one of them. It's the first entry in the rebooted Prince of Persia-franchise, and has held up quite well, especially if you enjoy aciton/adventure games with lots of climbing.
Condition: Game itself is obviously mint, as it's new and sealed, but the seal is only good/great. No tears, but the side glue has started to come loose - an almost inevitable problem with sealed Xbox titles (see pictures).
