Pokemon: Piplup Phone Charm Dangler Gachapon (Nintendo, Tomy, 2010)

Hard to find mini figure to hang off your phone, but it's also just a cute little collectible. 
These things are almost impossible to find these days, and only growing in popularity!

Condition: Good, but missing its strap. Can still be used as a keychain though.
