Pepsi Reindeer Holiday Plush "Ask For More" (90s)

This radical dude, was a part of a Pepsi promotion which saw Santa and his reindeer take to the slopes, to do some extreme winter sports! 
We can't find the exact commercial, but we're pretty sure there was one, which this plush is referencing. It was a short-lived campaign. 

He has a little tag, that says "award", so maybe these were given away as prizes?
Very hard to find more info!
