According to the Muppet Wikipedia, this figure was never supposed to be released!
The story goes, that German toy manafacturer “IMA à la Carte AG” made a series of detailed rubber statues to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Muppets.
3 different figures were produced in 2000, with a second run consisting of Animal & Kermit figures being prepared for a 2001 release - but the company who made them, suddenly went bankrupt!
But seemingly, a few of the figures made it into the wild, and here’s one of them - currently one of only 3 known world wide!
Condition: Good. The rubber is a bit torn in a few places, but nothing is straight up broken.
