Looking for the most obscure, weird Super Mario collectible in exsistence?
Don't worry, we've got you.

This insanely rare PC game is, believe it or not, an officially licensed product, sanctioned by Nintendo.
You see, in the 90s Nintendo experimented with "renting" out their most popular IPs, which resulted in amazing titles like Hotel Mario, Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon... and a bunch of "edutainment"-titles staring Super Mario.
The compay behind them, Memorex, made a bonafide hit with their "Mario Teaches Typing" PC game, but after just a few years, the edutainment-fad died down, because while parents loved the idea, most kids absolutely hated it.

That meant, Memorex was suddenly sitting on a bunch of excess stock, which they had to get rid of quick.
The solution? They decided to bundle up their games, and sell them at bargain prices, with "Mud Pies" being one of these titles.

"Mud Pies" sold extremely poorly however, and a bunch of these game have likely just been destroyed... which is such a shame, because, oh man, what a curios collectible this is.
Not only did they get Mario's colors wrong, but they chose a name, that is now slang for literal sh*t.

So if you're looking for the most weird Mario collectible imaginable, this could be it!
And even better; this is a sealed copy.
At the time of writing, it's been a least 10 years since a boxed copy of these popped up on eBay, but a sealed one? Almost unheard of. Maybe it's one of the few left.

Read more about it here.

Condition: Good. New and sealed, but the tight seal has given the box some minor damage over time.
