Minnie Mouse Squeaky Rubber Figure (Disney Productions, 70s)

Very weird, but cute, figure that squeaks when you press it. 
Maybe a dog toy? 
Officially licensed and very old, maybe even 60s.

Condition: Good. Has some wear and tear in the paint.
