Mentos: The Freshmaker Enamel Pin (1992)

Remember this commercial? Where a bunch of hip teens, made you feel because your breath wasn't good enough, guilt tripping you into buying this candy? 
Well, I do, and I'm still getting treatment for it. 
Measures approximately 0,5 cm from top to bottom, and 3cm wide. Very small!

Condition: Good, but yellow.
