Living Dead Dollies: Lillith Horror Baby (SDCC Exclusive Mezco, 2005)

In the early 2000s, as the Living Dead Dolls were quickly becoming popular, Mezco tried their luck with a slightly different design, that was not very popular; horrifying babies! 
These days, these little guys have become super collectible though, due to their wicked ugliness. 

This here though, is the rarest of all the babies; the final to be released in the series, which was exclusive to San Diego Comic Con in 2005. Very, very hard to find, as only 600 were made!

Condition: Great. Comes with headband, that is often missing.
