Kamen Rider: Cyclone Joker Form Finger Puppet Vinyl Figure (Bandai, 2000s)

Awesome small finger puppet of one the Kamen Rider himself, in his "Cyclone Joker form" (I think that's when the green and black rider merges, or something like that). 
We can't help but love these guys though; the design is always super unique, and makes them interesting to look at.
