This figure is NOT THE MAMA!! He's the boss. And he's mad as shit, because he lives a very busy life with too little time for himself. 
He's obviously never heard about "work-life balance", because then he would still have his hair. Poor guy, honestly. I hope there's someone, who cares for him out there.
