Hugo The Jungle Creature: Arms Out PVC Figure (danish cartoon, 90s)

Hugo, also known in danish as "Jungledyret Hugo", is a classic animated movie, that never really made it big outside Europe. 
This little collectible PVC figure, is from around the time the movie released, and is just awesome.
