G.I. Joe: Interrogator V1 Action Figure - Battle Copter Pilot (Hasbro, 1991)

It's war, but for kids! 
G.I. Joe was a stupidly popular rebranding of an old action doll, that became so popular it spawned both a cartoon, several movies and reboots that are still being made to this day. 

This guy was exclusive to a playset with a helicopter, but saw a re-release later with completely different colors (neon green).
