Smaller vintage plush from Disney’s Tarzan! 
This is one of the often forgotten characters, named Flynt - one of Tarzan's three monkey sidekicks.
This one didn't get a lot of screentime though, but it's Disney, so of course he still got a plush. And t-shirts. And action figures. And a full halloween costume.
