Disney Heroes: Peter Pan - Smee Action Figure (Famosa, 2004)

Hard to find figure, from a short-lived series of Disney playsets putting focus on older franchises. 
In general, there's not a lott of Smee related merch out there, and even less where he looks like he's holding a fart = this figure is awesome. 

Approximately 7 cm tall.
