What a curious find! This little Mickey Mouse is a part of the "Disney Babies"-brand, but was seemingly only released in Japan, hence the Japanese box. What's more, this item was a part of the "Lego Collection"; a huge stock of toys, Lego would hoard in the 70s, 80s and 90s, for inspiration (hence the little inventory sticker on the box).
