"The Bratz are finally available in baby-form!" said no one ever, and yet, these toddlers ended up being quite popular after a few years on the market. 
Super hard to find in this condition. 

This is one of the rarest of the dolls, with it being a "Bratz Boy", which were quite unpopular, and thus sold poorly.
