This troll is not just some cheap gift at the dentist - he's the real deal, and he means business! Just look at those scars. Would a cute troll have scars like that?? NO!
Those scars, means, he either had a lot of recent plastic surgery or was in several knife fights that ended badly. 
Either way, it makes me look up to him.
