Batman Forever: Ice Blade Batman Action Figure (1995)

Awesome action figure, from a terrible movie. 
This figure is apparently Batman is his Ice Blade suit...? What does that even mean?
I see no blades, nor ice here. Perhaps he just thought it sounded cool (which it totally does). 

Condition: Good/great
