From the Millenium New Year celebration - which was a really big deal back then. I personally love everything with the "Year 2000" aesthetic. It has just the right amount of kitsch.
Condition: Good/Great. The doll has been out of the box for display, but is in great condition. The box a few scuffs in the corners, but is overall in good condition. The certificate is still included.
