The Sword in The Stone: Madam Mim Action Figure (Disney Heroes, 2000s)

Very rare figure depicting Disney’s original wicked witch, who’s since become a mainstay in the Danish Donald Duck comics. 
This is to our knowledge the only proper Madam Amin action figure ever produced, hence why it’s become so sought after.
