Now's your chance to own, what is considered by many, to be the rarest TMNT figure besides Hotspot. The regular version of Undercover Donatello is super common, but came with a cape that was molded into the figure - however, for whatever reason, in 1994 the figure was re-released but with the cape made of cloth, and thus, a legendary, simple Ninja Turtle with a fedora was born, and became an expensive collector's item later on.
Condition: Okay. Unfortunately, the hat is missing a piece (see pictures). Has some scruffs.
