Weird Star Wars figure, that's made to resemble the original concept art of Ralph McQuarrie, the guy who envisioned most of Lucas' ideas. 
In the final movie, the ended up looking a bit different, so somebody thought "hey, let's make one that looks like it was supposed to!".
