Spider-Man The Animated Series: Motorized Wheelie Cycle Action Figure (ToyBiz, 1995)

Here's one of the slightly more rare figures, from this iconic toy line, probably because it looks pretty stupid and doesn't really tie into the series. 

Condition: Good/great from the looks of it, but we're not sure if it works, or how to even make it work.
