Shrek Vibrating Plush (bootleg? 2000s)

Very weird Shrek plush, that we are not entirely sure is official. It has a weird handkerchief thingy on the back, that you can pull to make it vibrate.

The head sculpt is similar to a lot of other Shrek plushes, but the hands don't match these figures, and the eyes usually look to the side. However, the quality is so good, we're having a tough time imagining it to be bootleg - but then again, it doesn't have any marks or tags. What a weird guy. Still, it's cute and collectible for all the bootleg shrek-heads out there!
