Scooby Doo: Eye-popping Action Figure (2000s)

Awesome action figure from the early 2000s, that bears many similarities to the "Fright Features" toys from "The Real Ghostbusters" in the 80s. 

This one has a little switch on the back of his head, that makes his eyes and tongue stick out!
