This figure was a part of Lego's old inspiration inventory, which you can tell by the little inventory sticker on the front. We're sitting on a ton of items from this inventory, which has been used to inspire their designers through the ages! 

Condition: The box has been opened, and the figure-doll is loose inside, but in overall great condition!
