Very rare piece of Pokemon merch, from the very early days. Vileplume was not a particularly popular Pokemon at the time, so this pencil sharpener sold poorly compared to others in the series (Bulbasaur, Psyduck and such).
Condition: Okay/Good. Plastic is a bit bent in the bottom, and back of cart has a mark where a price tag once was.
