Marvel Universe: Spider-Man Action Figure (ToyBiz, 1996)

Not to be confused with the Animated Series of Spider-Man figures, also released by ToyBiz, these figures were slightly smaller and often had different sculpts, though some of them were just re-used action figures in different packaging. 
This one, is exclusive to the "Marvel Universe"-series though.
