This mystery box contains an awesome Kaiju finger-puppet, from the early 2000s. 
These figures were released as merch for a flopped Godzilla-flick from 2001, known as "Godzilla, Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack", so it's not just Godzillas you'll find in these little boxes, but several famous monsters.

Condition: Great - new and unopened.
