Disney Fairies: Vidia Collectable Phone Charm (Tinker Bell, 2000s)

Hard to find dangler to hang off your phone, but it's also just a cute little collectible. 
These things are almost impossible to find these days, and only growing in popularity!

This one, is from the very obscure "Disney Fairies"-series, with a character we've never seen or heard about.
