Batman & Robin: Carnival Capers Plastic Badge (90s)

Curious badge, that we’ve had trouble finding info on. 
Seemingly, it might just be from a line of licensed party supplies, but it’s the fact that it has a title, that makes us think it’s tied to something else.

Perhaps there was an experience or ride at some point, called Carnival Capers? No matter what, it’s cool!

Condition: Good. Made of plastic, but has a standard needles on the back so it can be attached to clothes.
