What a weird collaboration. Got Milk? was a 90s advertising campaing, trying to get US schoolchildren to drink more milk, and for whatever reason, they decided Barbie needed to get in on the action.
Condition: Great! Only flaw, is a mug that's loose (see picture). Barbie originally held it in her hand with a tiny rubber-band.
